Condition: There is a scuff on the front plate of the gray collar’s device, but doesn't affect usability. The purple/pink collar has some soiling and small mark on device. Both were used only a few times. The chargers both worked a-okay when last used.
Can be used over a WiFi network without a subscription to track steps / location. I have delinked our dogs from the devices so it is ready to be set up by you via the app. There is a video on YouTube telling you how to do it if needed. Picture of app included so know what it looks like.
